Payment

Payment in full for all visit packages is due at the time of initial visit. Personal checks as well as all major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellations

24 hours notice required for cancellations. $50 fee for missed appointments.

Returned Checks

$25 fee for returned checks.

Refund

You have six months to use prepaid office visits after which they expire. You also have six months from time of initial visit to request a refund for unused sessions, which is in the form of gift certificates.

Insurance

Hypnosis is rarely covered by insurance. You will receive a detailed invoice if you wish to pursue reimbursement.

Confidentiality

No information will be released about you, without written authorization from you, except as provided for by law.
